• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50. Via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery Areas

We ship worldwide except to Asia and certain remote regions. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including customs processing and weather events.

Delivery Issues

You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses provided by customers.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Return Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items, provided that:

• Items are unused and in their original packaging
• Items are in the same condition as when you received them
• You provide the original receipt or proof of purchase

Exceptions

Due to hygiene considerations, Kids’ Handheld Games that have been opened are not eligible for return or exchange. We can only accept returns for these items if they are unopened and in their original sealed packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

3. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return authorization number
4. Package the item securely in its original packaging with the authorization number clearly visible

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as shipping the wrong item or a defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

Exchanges
