We’re delighted to bring our games to enthusiasts across the globe (excluding Asia and a few remote regions). Here’s what you can expect after placing your order:
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking notification once your order ships!
Shipping Methods & Timeframes:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx
- Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50): Via EMS
- Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary slightly due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing or weather events.
Our Return & Exchange Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’ve made the process straightforward and hassle-free.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Items must be in the same condition as when you received them
- Original receipt or proof of purchase is required
- Important Exception: Due to hygiene considerations, Kids’ Handheld Games that have been opened are not eligible for return or exchange. We can only accept returns for these items if they are unopened and in their original sealed packaging.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:

- Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange
- Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return authorization number
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Include the return authorization number clearly on the outside of the package

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as shipping the wrong item or a defective product).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Timeline and Methods
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds will appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time
- PayPal: Refunds are typically processed within 24-48 hours

Exchange Process
