Our hassle-free policy ensures that your satisfaction remains our top priority.

Our Return & Exchange Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, Kids’ Handheld Games that have been opened are not eligible for return or exchange. We can only accept returns for these items if they are unopened and in their original sealed packaging.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our friendly customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange
  3. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a return authorization number
  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging
  5. Include the return authorization number clearly on the outside of the package
  6. Ship the package to:

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as shipping the wrong item or a defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Timeline and Methods

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds will appear on your statement within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time
  • PayPal: Refunds are typically processed within 24-48 hours

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the return process above. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process your exchange and ship the new item to you. For exchanges, we’ll cover the standard shipping cost for the replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Items
